Products put "All Natural", but they are just going by some governmental guideline that allows a certain percentage of UNNATURAL CHEMICALS. The chemical in this product is Benzylkonium Chloride. According to the book "The Sinus Cure", by Murray Grossan, MD, "In clinical trials in Sweden, researchers found definitive evidence that benzalkonium, which was in several saline products, was causing rebound rhinitis. When the benzalkonium was removed the rhinitis was resolved". (Page 108) I am trying to CURE my rhinitis, not make it WORSE. I spoke with the maker of Sinol today, and he kept giving me some round about answer that if he didn't put this chemical in the product, then it would make me sicker because it would start to mold without the preservative. The problem that I have is that this ought to be on the shelf with Afrin or the other OTC products and not listed as "all natural" or without side effects.
